Year to date in 2016 (through December 8, 2016) MLS reports fifty-four 2-br sales in concierge elevator buildings in Cambridge. (Another two 2-br sales are pending in Cambridge concierge buildings at this time.) In 2015, MLS reported a total of just twenty-four 2-br sales in concierge elevator buildings in Cambridge. The number of 2-br condo sales in concierge elevator buildings more than doubled in 2016 over 2015.

For the fifty-four closed 2-br sales in Cambridge concierge elevator buildings in 2016 reported in MLS:

Average sale price $1,043,428 in 2016 (up from $899,750 in 2015, a 14% increase)
