I was the listing agent. Association named "Porter Union" - it is located between those two squares.

Sold in August 2016 for $880,000. List price was $799,000 - sold for $81,000 over asking. $708 a square foot. Located in a newly renovated two-unit building. Garage parking plus. The larger unit upstairs sold for $1,097,500.
