On March 13, 2017, 69 Bolton Unit 101 in North Cambridge sold for $650,000. List price was $588,900. This 2-bed, 2-bath corner unit with off-street parking for one car was built in 2012. 937 square feet of living area. $693 a square foot at sale price. Part of a 20-unit association.


606 Franklin Street Unit 1 in Riverside neighborhood of Cambridge, close to Harvard Square. 

On March 15, 2017, my listing at 606 Franklin Street Unit 1 in the Riverside neighborhood of Cambridge sold. This two-bedroom, one-bath residence was listed for $798,000 and sold for $823,000 - $25,000 over the asking price. It features 1,105 square feet of living area. Sold for $744 a square foot. First floor unit in a three-unit building. Tastefully renovated.


12 Ware Street Unit B in Mid Cambridge. Unit is set back from street.

Also on March 15, 2017, my listing at 12 Ware Street Unit B in Mid Cambridge sold for $526,000, a stunning $101,000 over the list price. Partially below grade, this unit features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and 890 square feet. It sold for $591 a square foot.

March 15, 2017 was also the date that 329 Harvard Unit 9 in Mid Cambridge sold for $626,000. This second floor unit with 683 square feet features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and off-street parking for one car. It sold for $61,000 over the $565,000 list price. At sale price of $626,000, it prices out at $916 a square foot. WOW!

On March 23, 2017, 17 Banks Street Unit 1 in the Davis Square neighborhood of Somerville sold for $777,000. This first floor unit features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and parking space. With 1,278 square feet of living area, it prices out at $607 a square foot at the sale price.


7 Gould Avenue in Somerville is close to Porter Square and Davis Square.

On March 22, 2017, I listed for sale 7 Gould Avenue in the Spring Hill neighborhood of Somerville. This beautifully renovated two-family features two 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath duplex residences. It is for sale as a two-family or as two individual condominiums.

On March 23, 2017, I listed for sale 345 Harvard Street Unit 1A in Mid Cambridge. This first floor two-bedroom is close Harvard Square. As it happens, on March 24, 2017, the top floor two-bedroom at 345 Harvard Street Unit 5A sold for $762,000 - $63,000 over the asking price. Hot market!
