On March 27, 2017, 11 Silvey Place Unit 1 in the Spring Hill neighborhood of Somerville sold for $755,000 - $658 a square foot and $56,000 over the asking price of $699,000. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath residence has 1,147 square feet and garage parking.


47 William Street Unit 1 in Cambridgeport.

On March 30, 2017, my listing at 47 William Street Unit 1 in Cambridgeport sold for $940,000. This is is a duplex with 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, 1,905 square feet and a parking space. Located just a few blocks from Central Square.

On April 2, 2017, 46 Quincy Street Unit 1 in the Prospect Hill neighborhood of Somerville sold for $645,000 - $732 a square foot and $20,000 over the asking price of $620,000. The residence features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 880 square feet and garage parking. 

On April 3, 2017, 17 Perry Street Unit 3 in Cambridgeport sold for $1,326,000 - $731 a square foot and $137,000 over the asking price of $1,189,000. This is a remarkable sale event for a two-bedroom!

This renovated first floor residence features 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom and just 497 square feet of living area. This might be the highest price per square foot sale of the year! Absolutely stunning.
