On May 8, 2017, 53 Kent Street Unit 1 in Somerville on the Cambridge-Somerville line (near the American Academy of Arts and Sciences) sold for $849,900 - $730 a square foot. This is 2-bed, 2-bath condo with 1,164 square feet of living area and 1-car parking. New construction residence in a four-unit building.

Also on May 8, 2017, 53 Lincoln Street Unit 1 in the Wellington-Harrington neighborhood of Cambridge sold for $810,000 - $499 a square foot and $60,100 over the list price of $749,900. There were five offers. This is a 2-bed 2-bath unit with 1,622 square feet of living area and 1-car parking.

On May 10, 2017, 95 Alpine Street in the Neighborhood Nine neighborhood of Cambridge sold for $997,000 - $525 a square foot and $12,000 over the list price of $985,000. This newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath duplex features 1,900 square feet of living area and a parking space. I was the buyer's agent.

On May 11, 2017, I listed for sale 9 Radcliffe Road Unit 1 in the Winter Hill neighborhood of Somerville. List price $498,000. The first floor residence features 2 bedrooms  and 1 bath, as well as a parking space and an exclusive use outdoor area. My seller clients received eleven offers and the residence is now under accepted offer.

On May 11, 2017, 22 Centre Street Unit 5 in Mid Cambridge sold for $980,000 - $836 a square foot and $121,000 over the list price of $859,000. This 3 bedroom, 1-bath residence features 1,172 square feet of living area and 1-car parking. Amazing sale price. Hot market!

On May 12, 2017, 25 Walnut Street Unit 1 in Union Square neighborhood of Somerville sold for $620,000 - $589 a square foot and $45,000 over the list price of $575,000. This is a first floor 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit with 1,052 square feet of living area and no parking. It last sold in September 2015 for $561,000.

Also on May 12, 2017, the penthouse unit at 33 Linnaean Street in the Neighborhood Nine neighborhood of Cambridge sold for $2,200,000 - $1,048 a square foot and $50,000 below the list price of $2,250,000. This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath residence with 2-car garage parking and access via elevator, a rarity in Cambridge. 

On May 15, 2017, 17 Maple Unit 3 in Mid Cambridge sold for $1,461,000 - $734 a square foot and $363,000 over the list price of $1,098,000. This attached townhouse features 2 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 1,989 square feet of living area plus garage parking for one car and a second outdoor parking space. In need of updating at point of purchase. Stunning sale price!

Also on May 15, 2017, my listing at 345 Harvard Street Unit 1A in Mid Cambridge sold for $645,000 - $743 a square foot and $13,000 below the list price of $658,000. This is a first floor 2-bedroom 1.5 bath condo with 868 square feet of living area. Although the unit did not come with parking, the buyer was able to separately purchase a parking space.

On May 17, 2017, 10 Brewer Street Unit 1 close to Harvard Square sold for $732,000 - $1,029 a square foot and $120,000 over the list price of $612,000. This is a first floor 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo with 711 square feet of space and no parking. STUNNING sale price!

Also on May 17, 2017, I listed for sale 52 Holworthy Street in the Strawberry Hill neighborhood of Cambridge for $1,300,000. I am hosting open houses there on Saturday, May 20 and Sunday, May 21 from 11:30 to 1 pm.
