On June 5, 2017, 5 Arnold Avenue Unit 2 in Somerville sold for $544,250 - $775 a square foot and $75,250 over the asking price of $469,000. This is a 1-bed, 1-bath condo with 702 square feet of living area and a parking space. Part of a two-unit association off Beacon Street near the American Academy of Arts and Sciences..

Also on June 5, 2017, the three-family at 125 Pearl Street in Cambridgeport sold for $1,250,000 - $490 a square foot and $50,000 over the asking price of $1,200,000. I had a chance to see this when it was for sale - it requires a whole house renovation. It will be interesting to see how it is renovated. Great potential. Also, on June 15, 2017, the two-family at 224 Pearl Street sold for $1,500,000 - $576 a square foot and $305,000 over the asking price of $1,195,000.

Also on June 5, 2017, the single family at 15 Bellis Circle in North Cambridge sold for $1,200,000 - $852 a square foot and $175,000 over the asking price of $1,025,000. This is a 3-bed, 2-bath residence with 1,408 square feet and a parking space.

On June 6, 2017, 151 Cherry Street Unit 2 in The Port close to Central Square sold for $651,000 - $934 a square foot and $72,000 over the asking price of $579,000. This is a 2-bed, 1-bath condo with 697 square feet of living area and no parking. Top floor unit in a two-unit association. Also, on June 13, 2017, 127 Cherry Street Unit 3 sold for $735,000 - $727 a square foot and $106,000 over the the asking price of $629,000. This is another 2-bed, 1-bath condo with no parking. Stunning sale prices! Hot market. 

On June 7, 2017, 71 Winslow Avenue Unit 1 in Davis Square sold for $760,000 - $710 a square foot and $85,000 over the asking price of $675,000. This is 2-bed, 1-bath condo with 1,070 square feet of living area and no parking.

On June 8, 2017, 3 Hancock Park Unit 1 in Mid Cambridge sold for $890,000 - $771 a square foot and $165,000 over the asking price of $725,000. This is a first floor 2-bed 1-bath condo with 1,154 square feet of living area and no parking. Another stunning sale event!

On June 8, 2017, I listed for sale 9 Rollins Court in Cambridgeport for $1,200,000. This is a 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse with garage parking. It received multiple offers and is now under accepted offer.

On June 9, 2017 the single family at 21 Walker Street in Neighborhood Nine sold for $3,880,000 - $1,019 a square foot and $880,000 over the asking price of $3,000,000. This is a 4-bed, 4.5 bath residence with 3,804 square feet of living area and off-street parking for two cars. This might prove to be the most remarkable sale event in Cambridge in 2017. $880,000 over asking!

On June 12, 2017, my listing at 118 Albion Street Unit 3 in Somerville sold for $602,000 - $588 a square foot and $17,000 over the asking price of $585,000. This is a top floor 3-bed, 1.5 bath condo with 1,023 square feet of living area.

On June 13, 2017, my listing at 173 Hancock Street Unit 8 in Mid Cambridge sold for $650,000 - $717 a square foot and $25,000 over the asking price of $625,000. This is a top floor 2-bed, 1-bath condo with 906 square feet of living area.

On June 15, 2017, a buyer client of mine closed on 255 Powder House Boulevard, a single family in West Somerville. This sold for $735,000 - $425 a square foot and $15,000 below the asking price of $750,000. This is a 3-bed, 2-bath house with 1,728 square feet of living area and two-car parking. Exceptional value.

Also on June 15, 2017, the single family at 6 Adams Street in Winter Hill sold for $1,075,000 - $509 a square foot and $150,000 over the asking price of $925,000. This is a 4-bed, 2.5 bath house with 2,110 square feet of living area and a parking space.

Again on June 15, 2017, 43 Antrim Street in Mid Cambridge sold for $830,000 - $784 a square foot and $90,100 over the asking price of $739,900. This is a 3-bed, 1-bath condo with 1,058 square feet of living area and no parking.

It was also on June 15, 2017, that 5 Irving Terrace Unit 2A in Mid Cambridge sold for $742,000 - $1,040 a square foot and $144,000 over the asking price of $598,900. This is a 1-bed, 1-bath condo with 713 square feet of living area and one parking space. STUNNING sale price.

On June 16, 2016, my listing at 14 Union Street Unit 2 in The Port sold for $525,000 - $826 a square foot and $52,000 over the asking price of $468,000. This is a 2-bed, 1-bath condo with 635 square feet of living area.

Also on June 16, 20116, 51 Mount Pleasant Street Unit 2 in Avon Hill sold for $854,000 - $848 a square foot and $129,000 over the asking price of $725,000. This is a 2-bed, 2-bath condo with 1,007 square feet of living area and no parking.
