On June 19, 2017, 47 Vassal Lane Unit 3 in West Cambridge sold for $801,500 - $646 a square foot and $82,500 over the list price of $719,000. This is a 3-bed, 1-bath condo with 1,239 square feet of living area and no parking.

On June 20, 2017, 91 Highland Road Unit 1 outside of Davis Square sold for $900,000 - $573 a square foot and $75,000 over the list price of $825,000. This is a 2-bed, 2-bath condo with 1,569 square feet of living area and parking. A buyer client of mine purchased this home in 2012 for $564,000 and sold it with me in 2014 for $730,000. Amazing appreciation here over the last five years!

On June 22, 2017, 100 Pacific Street Unit 6 in Cambridgeport sold for $1,680,000 - $1,060 a square foot and $295,000 over the list price of $1,385,000. This is a 2-bed, 2.5-bath condo with 1,584 square feet of living area in an elevator building with garage parking. Stunning sale price!

On June 23, 2017, 324 Harvard Street Unit D in Mid Cambridge sold for $1,540,000 - $766 a square foot and $165,000 over the list price of $1,375,000. This is 4-bed, 2-bath condo with 2,010 square feet of living area and garage parking for one car.

Also on June 23, 2017, 22 Lowell Street in West Cambridge sold for $2,475,000 - $1,081 a square foot and $180,000 over the list price of $2,295,000. This is a finely renovated residence with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. There are 2,288 square feet of living area and parking for two cars.

On June 26, 2017, buyer clients of mine closed on 2 Newport Road Unit 3 in Agassiz. This sold for $810,000 - $709 a square foot and $11,000 over the list price of $799,000. This is a 2-bed, 1-bath condo with 1,142 square feet of living area.

Also on June 26, 2017, 17 Tremont Street Unit 2 in The Port sold for $1,350,000 - $805 a square foot and $275,000 over the list price of $1,075,000. This is a 3-bed, 2.5 bath townhouse with 1,677 square feet of living area and off-street parking for one car. It last sold in 2010 for $720,000 (after 133 days on market). Incredible appreciation in seven years!

Also on June 26, 2017, buyer clients of mine close on 45 Banks Street in Somerville. This sold for $1,450,000 - $419 a square foot and $250,000 over the list price of $1,200,000. This is two-family close to Porter Square. There were ten offers on the property.

Also on June 26, 2017, my listing at 9 Radcliffe Road Unit 1 in Winter Hill sold for $554,500 - $602 a square foot and $56,500 over the list price of $498,000. This is a 2-bed, 1-bath condo with 921 square feet of living area and a private yard and parking.

On June 28, 2017, 127 Cherry Street Unit 2 in The Port sold for $670,000 - $855 a square foot and $121,000 over the list price of $549,000. This is a 2-bed, 1-bath condo with 783 square feet of living area and no parking. Hot market!

Also on June 28, 2017, my listing at 9 Rollins Court in Cambridgeport sold for $1,210,000 - $724 a square foot and $10,000 over the list price of $1,200,000. This is 4-bed, 3.5 bath townhouse with 1,670 square feet of living area and garage parking.


950 Mass Avenue Unit 1A in Mid Cambridge.

On June 30, 2017, my listing at 950 Massachusetts Avenue Unit 1A in Riverside sold for $610,000 - $899 a square foot and $60,000 over the list price of $550,000. This is a 1-bed, 1-bath condo with 678 square feet of living area and garage parking. It also features a delightful private garden.
