On July 7, 2017, 79 Hampshire Street Unit 2 in the Wellington-Harrington neighborhood of Cambridge sold for $700,000 - $722 a square foot and $121,000 over the list price of $579,000. This is 1-bed, 1-bath condo on the second floor with 969 square feet and parking for one car. The unit last sold for $370,000 in 2011. Remarkable that it sold for nearly twice as much six years later!

Also on July 6, 2017, my listing at 354 Broadway Unit 1 in Mid Cambridge sold for $594,000 - $420 a square foot and $5,000 below the list price of $599,000. This 1-bed, 1-bath condo is on the first floor with bonus space on the lower level. There is a private back deck out back.

On July 10, 2017, the two-family at 19-23 Creighton Street outside Porter Square in Cambridge sold for $2,650,000 - $607 a square foot and $351,000 over the list price of $2,299,000. Remarkable sale price for a two-family!

On July 11, 2017, 11 Hutchinson in West Cambridge sold for $1,310,000 - $1,010 a square foot and $361,000 over the list price of $949,000. On July 12, 2017, 23 Lawrence Street Unit 2 in Cambridgeport sold for $875,000 - $544 a square foot and $185,100 over the list price of $689,900. This fixer-upper duplex condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 1,607 square feet of living area. No parking. WOW! This property was listed by my Compass colleagues Bruce and John.

On July 14, 2017, 38 Spring Street in East Cambridge sold for $942,000 - $875 a square foot and $143,000 over the list price of $799,000. This 2-bed, 2.5 bath condo features 1,076 square feet of living area garage parking. Incredible sale price!
