On August 14, 2017, 166 Summer Street in the Spring Hill neighborhood of Somerville sold for $1,200,000 - $557 a square foot and $110,000 over the list price of $1,090,000. This is an attached single family with 3 beds, 3 baths and 2,152 square feet of living area and two parking spaces.

Also on August 14, 2017, 80 Holland Street Unit 2 in Davis Square sold for $735,000 - $645 a square foot and $107,000 over the list price of $628,000. This is a duplex 2-bed, 1-bath condo with 1,138 square feet and no parking. This residence last sold for $423,000 in 2010!

On August 15, 2017, 85 Alpine Street in Neighborhood Nine in Cambridge sold for the list price of $1,995,000 - $575 a square foot. This is a renovated single family with 4 beds, 3.5 baths and 3,468 square feet of living area.

Also on August 15, 2017, the three-family at 2 Gilson Terrace in the Spring Hill neighborhood of Somerville sold for $1,750,000 - $442 a square foot and $500,000 over the list price of $1,250,000. This is a stunning sale for a fixer-upper three-family.

Also on August 15, 2017, the two-family at 208-210 Lakeview Avenue in West Cambridge sold for $2,500,000 - $837 a square foot and $425,000 over the list price of $2,075,000.

On August 25, 2017, 87 Garden Street in Neighborhood Nine sold for the list price of $2,500,000 - $941 a square foot. This mid-century modern single family home features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and 2,656 square feet of living area.
