On August 28, 2017, 320 Rindge Avenue Unit 202 in North Cambridge sold for $750,000 - $604 a square foot and $111,000 over the list price of $639,000. This is a 2-bed, 2-bath condo with 1,241 square feet and garage parking for two cars. I was the buyer's agent!

On August 29, 2017, 6 Vineyard Unit A in the Strawberry Hill neighborhood of Cambridge sold for $1,749,000 - $694 a square foot and selling at the list price. This is a 4-bed 3.5 bath condo townhouse with 2,520 square feet of living area and parking for two cars. A contemporary modern design - one of two units here. The other unit here - 136 Cushing Unit B - sold for $1,975,000 on September 7, 2017.

Also on August 29, 2017, 594 Putnam Unit 2 in Cambridgeport sold for $901,000 - $714 a square foot and $126,000 over the list price of $775,000. This is a second floor 2 bed, 1.5 bath condo with 1,261 square feet of living area and one parking space.


21 Cleveland Street in Spring Hill, Somerville.

On August 31, 2017, 21 Cleveland Street in the Spring Hill neighborhood of Somerville sold for $1,215,000 - $444 a square foot and $5,000 below the list price of $1,220,000. This is a 4-bed 3.5-bath condo townhouse with 2,732 square feet of living area and garage parking. I was the buyer's agent!

Also on August 31, 2017, 42 Skehan Street Unit 2 in Somerville sold for $705,000 - $821 a square foot and $107,000 over the list price of $598,000. This is a 2-bed, 2-bath condo with 858 square feet of living area and two-car parking. I was the buyer's agent!

On September 1, 2017, 36 Fayette Unit 3 in Mid Cambridge sold for $1,150,000 - $867 a square foot and $252,000 over the list price of $948,000. This is a 3-bed, 2-bath top floor condo with 1,325 square feet of living area and no parking. Stunning sale price!

On September 6, 2017, I listed for sale 474 Broadway Unit 49 with team member Sarah Zoltko. This is a top floor two-bed, one-bath with 878 square feet and garage parking in an elevator building in Magoun Square. Open houses September 9 and 10.

On September 7, I listed for sale 65 Josephine Avenue in Somerville outside Davis Square. See the photo up above. This is a larger two-family on a corner lot. Open houses September 9 and 10.

Also on September 7, 23 Orrin Street Unit A in Neighborhood Nine in Cambridge sold for $2,260,000 - $770 a square foot and selling at the list price. This detached condo features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,934 square feet of living area. There is garage parking for two cars.

On September 8, 2017, 22 Alberta Terrace in North Cambridge sold for $560,000 - $632 a square foot and $61,000 over the list price of $499,000. This first floor 2-bed, 1-bath condo features 886 square feet. No parking.
