On September 25, 2017, 289 Windsor Street Unit 2 in The Port neighborhood of Cambridge sold for $990,000 - $824 a square foot and $51,000 over the list price of $949,000. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath second floor condo in a newly renovated three-unit building. I was the buyer's agent for this sale.

Also on September 25, 2017, 61 Cherry Street Unit 1 in The Port neighborhood of Cambridge sold for $696,500 - $885 a square foot and $67,500 over the list price of $629,000. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with 787 square feet of living area and two-car parking.

On September 27, 2017, 53 Kent Street Unit 4 in Somerville sold for $625,000 - $853 a square foot and $14,900 below the list price of $639,900. This is top floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with 732 square feet and garage parking in a new construction building.


32 Second Street Unit 1 in East Cambridge. 3 bed, 2 bath duplex with patio and parking.

On September 28, 2017, my listing at 32 Second Street Unit 1 in East Cambridge sold for $1,005,000 - $626 a square foot and $67,000 over the list price of $938,000. This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath duplex residence with 1,603 square feet of living area, plus a patio and parking for one car. Christine Carpenter was the buyer's agent here.

On September 29, 2017, 77 Lakeview Avenue in West Cambridge sold for $4,125,000 - $916 a square foot and $125,000 below the list price of $4,250,000. This is a 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath single family residence with 4,501 square feet of living area.

Also on September 29, 2017 27 Avon Street in Neighborhood Nine sold for $1,700,000 - $819 a square foot and $105,000 over the list price of $1,595,000. This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo townhouse residence with 2,075 square feet of living area and parking for one car. I was the listing agent here in 2005 when the residence was newly renovated. It sold back then for $1,275,000.

Also on September 29, 2017, 14 Laurel Terrace Unit 1 in Spring Hill sold for $715,000 - $419 a square foot and $26,000 over the list price of $689,000. This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex condo on the first floor and lower level with 1,704 square feet of living area and 2-car parking in the drive. I was the buyer's agent for this sale.

Also on September 29, 2017, 2 Loring Street Unit B in Somerville sold for $1,260,000 - $600 a square foot and $35,000 below the list price of $1,295,000. This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath new construction condo with 2,100 square feet of living area and covered parking for two cars. This building faces Somerville Avenue and is located between Porter Square and Union Square.

Also on September 29, 2017 338 Hurley Unit 2 in East Cambridge sold for $655,000 - $1,068 a square foot and $105,100 over the list price of $549,900. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with 613 square feet of living area and no parking. Stunning sale price! 338 Hurley Unit 1 sold the same day for $926,000.

On October 4, 2017 15 Hanson Street in Somerville sold for $729,000 - $778 a square foot and $81,000 over the list price of $648,000. This is a single family house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath (located on main living level) and 937 square feet of living area. There is off-street parking for one car and a nice back yard.
