On October 23, 2017, 33 Agassiz in Avon Hill sold for $4,250,000 - $1,006 a square foot and $175,000 below the list price of $4,425,000. This is a 6-bed, 6-bath single family with 4,221 square feet of living area and 3-car parking.

Also on October 23, 2017, 239 Prospect Street Unit 2 in Mid Cambridge sold for $928,000 - $876 a square foot and $139,000 over the list price of $789,000. This is a 2-bed, 1.5 bath townhouse with 1,059 square feet of living area and garage parking for one car.  This last sold in 2008 for $450,000. Stunning sale price!

On October 25, 2017, 80 Webster Avenue Unit 4D outside of Inman Square in Somerville sold for $750,000 - $736 a square foot and $15,000 over the list price of $750,000. This is a 2-bed, 2-bath penthouse duplex with a private roof deck. Elevator building.

On October 26, 2017, my listing at 65 Josephine Avenue outside of Davis Square in Somerville sold for $1,550,000 - $455 a square foot and $125,000 over the list price of $1,425,000. This is a two-family residence with 3,402 square feet of living area and off-street parking for two cars.

On October 31, 2017 175 Coolidge Hill in Coolidge Hill neighborhood of Cambridge sold for $4,700,000 - $675 a square foot and $100,000 over the asking price of $4,600,000. This is a new construction single family with 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 6,960 square feet of living area, plus garage parking for two cars.

On November 1, 2017, 20 Hingham Street in the Riverside neighborhood of Cambridge sold for $2,000,000 - $1,077 a square foot and $175,000 over the asking price of $1,825,000. This is a single family with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 1,856 square feet of living area, plus off-street parking for two cars.

Also on November 1, 2017, 39 Irving Street in Davis Square sold for $1,100,000 - $429 a square foot and $200,000 below the list price of $1,300,000. This is a two-family with 2,559 square feet of living area and garage parking for 3 cars. Exceptional value!
