On November 6, 2017, 190 Prospect Street Unit 8 in The Port sold for $651,000 - $964 a square foot and $103,000 over the list price of $548,000. This is a 1-bed, 1-bath condo with 675 square feet of living area and garage parking for one car. STUNNING sale price!

Also on November 6, 2017, the two-family at 95 Prentiss Street in Somerville sold for the list price of $1,250,000. That works out to $533 a square foot for the 2,344 square foot building with two-car parking. This property is close to the Cambridge-Somerville line outside of Porter Square.

On November 7, 2017, the single family at 314 Harvard Street in Mid Cambridge sold for $1,710,000 - $610 a square foot and $110,000 over the list price of $1,600,000. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and 2,713 square feet of living area here, plus two-off street parking spaces and a lovely yard. I felt like I was in a Harry Potter novel when I visited this magical house, which is in need of a whole house renovation.

Also on November 7, 2017, 130 Mount Auburn Street Unit 309 at University Green in West Cambridge sold for $1,550,000 - $1,371 a square foot and $150,000 over the list price of $1,400,000. This is a 2-bed, 2-bath condo with 1,130 square feet of living area and garage parking for one car. Incredible sale price!

On November 10, 2017, 88 Hancock Street Unit 17 in Mid Cambridge sold for $750,000 - $1,020 a square foot and $125,000 over the list price of $625,000. This is 2-bed, 1-bath unit with 735 square feet and no parking. Another amazing sale event!

On November 13, 2017, 289 Windsor Street Unit 3 in The Port sold for $1,130,000 - $867 a square foot and $135,000 over the list price of $995,000. This is a newly renovated 3-bed, 2-bath unit with 1,302 square feet of living area and off-street parking for one car. Again, another absolutely incredible sale event.

On November 15, 2017, 37 Day Street Unit 2 in Davis Square sold for $1,570,000 - $579 a square foot and $2,000 over the list price of $1,568,000. This is a newly renovated condo with 3 beds, 2.5 baths and 2,710 square feet of living area and off-street parking for two cars. Very appealing renovation.
