How can I easily search online for properties for properties for sale in Cambridge and Somerville, MA?

On the home page of my website I have a link in the navigation line for EXPLORE ALL LISTINGS. If you click on EXPLORE ALL LISTINGS, it brings up a search page that includes the search boxes shown above. Note that in addition to selecting the town and property type and price range, etc., you can also select the Status you wish to search. Do you wish to search Active listings? Select Active. Do you wish to search Sold listings? Select Sold. You can even search more than one status at the same time if you wish. For Sold searches, I even have a separate Sold search page on my website that allows you to specify the time frame for your Sold property search.
Also, I have common searches set up on my website and only a click away, such as Active Cambridge Listings and Active Somerville Listings. For Cambridge and Somerville searches, be sure to check out the Popular Searches page of my site.
